Pear and Almond Smoothie
  • 1 pear, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons almond meal (ground almonds)
  • 1 cup of soy milk (or skim milk)
  • ⅓ cup yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon almond essence
  • 3 ice cubes
  1. Blend and enjoy!
  2. You can use a good blender or a hand blender (like a barmix) in a stainless steel milkshake cup.
