Mushroom and Bacon Rice Stuffing
Ingredients
  • 125 g mushrooms
  • 3 rashers bacon
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • ½ teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped paisley
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Chop mushrooms and bacon finely. Peel and chop onion.
  2. Melt butter in a pan and gently fry mushrooms, bacon and onion for 2 minutes.
  3. Add rice, herbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Lightly beat egg and add.
