Taught by Executive Chef Ty Bellingham, head chef of the renowned Sailor’s Thai restaurant in The Rocks, who is extremely passionate about his speciality which is modern Thai cuisine. In his interactive Modern Thai cooking class, Ty will take you through the flavours of modern Thai food. His enthusiastic yet relaxed approach means budding cooks will be given the skills and tools to master sophisticated Thai food, unique recipes, and will be provided with a sense of history about the cuisine as well.

We offer 2 different Thai classes both with fragrant and exciting cuisine. A Sample menu for this class consists of:

Coconut and galangal soup with chicken and Asian mushrooms
Chilli and prawn relish with witlof and cucumber and
• Barramundi with a rich red coconut curry and morning glory.
