French Classics Cooking Class

During this class you will make a selection of 3 items such as Twice baked cheese souffle, Coq au Vin, Carré d’agneau a la Provençale – Lamb Provencal, Duck ala Orange, Paris mash, Crepe Suzette, Creme Brulee, Chocolate ganache tart, or Apple tart au tan. This is a hands on and interactive class, where the students are all part of the action. Aprons, recipes, ingredients and equipment required is provided. When all the cooking is done, sit down to a wonderful feast of your creations with a glass of wine.
