Leftover Tuna Mornay Pancakes

We had tuna mornay with penne last night for dinner and I saved the leftovers (much to Mr Poodle’s disgust). This morning we are having pancakes.

I mixed up an eggy pancake batter of 1/2 cup sr flour, 1/2 cup milk and one egg then mixed in the leftover mornay and penne pasta.

Fry up the pancakes and serve with chili sauce: voila!
