- Whisk together the eggs, milk and seasonings. Heat the butter or oil in a fry-pan on medium heat.
- Dip the bread in the egg mixture so that both sides are coated and a bit soaks in. (How much you let soak in is a personal preference)
- Fry each slice on each side until golden brown.
- Serve with bacon, maple syrup, a big fry up or just on it's own. If using sweet then a dash of vanilla essence can be added to egg mix and the toast sprinkled with sugar.
