Dinners week July 23rd

Chicken pizziola tonight. Its become a family favourite and our daughter likes to cook it so ... even better.On the weekend I cooked muffins as is now habit, two lots for the kids lunches. "Cheese and bacon" and"coconut surprise muffins" (a new recipe I was trying)

Tonight we are having Tomato and Cheese Sausages with Rocket and Bacon Baked Potatoes

The Rocket and Bacon Potatoes recipe is in "Recipes +" issue 15. Basically potato baked in the oven, then cut a cross in the top squashing down slightly to open, top with cooked bacon and a tub of Wattle Valley Chunky Rocket Dip with Cashew & Parmesan....

I'm salivating just looking at the pic.... lol

mmm yummy, even though I ate too much lunch that makes my mouth water :D

Tonight we are having lamb shanks in red wine cooked in the crockpot. I put it on at lunchtime. Its starting to smell so good its making me hungry. Will have mashed spud and some veges with it.
