Food, glorious food

Postby AJH on Fri Aug 10, 2007 3:52 pm

Well, I have officially began to try and lose weight again. I get on these kicks, but find my weekness being that I like to eat. I am staying focused on my goal, one day at a time though. Any suggestions as to how I can stay on track?

I understand that mess. Food is so good that it is very hard to keep from eating it all.

I believe you can eat anything you want but just in portions where you are not stuffing yourself. That is the right way to eat and you will notice no weight gain when you do this.

Hi all,

These are all great tips, I believe in portion size, excersise and changing the way one cooks. I decided when I started my diet, to cut out, frying food all the time. Now I Boil, Broil, Grill and steam. Also I don't add as much salt. I eat sweets occasionally and I always hop on the tredmil, or go for a brisk walk. Make an excuse to get out; need some milk, bread, walk the dog. - Whatever. Just GO GO GO... It works.

Good luck with it.

regards
Mary
