traditional Australian recipe

You will see in my introduction say-hi-f4/hello-there-t49.html that I am looking for a traditional recipe to enter a challenge on my UK cooking forum, I am into cakes and cookies - does anyone have any recommends? the only thing I have is Anzac cookies - and actually do not have the recipe as it was in a library book I recently had!
