I've decided to join this forum to get a little help and advice from time to time. I'm an average cook...but have just bought a beautiful stainless steel 90cm freestanding cooker and am anxious to improve my skills. It has only just been installed and unfortunately the oven has a short in it, so until it's fixed I'm just cruising on the gastop burners. It's a Universal Diamond series ii if anyone else out there has one.
