Hi! I am new to the site, but not to Australian cooking! I lived in Western Australia in 74 and 75 and feel in love with about everything I ate! I have tried to duplicate some of my favorites from the cookbooks I brought back, but it has been so long!!! I would like to start with good authentic scone recipes!! The triangles they sell here are not scones! I love the idea of chatting with other cooks!
