:?: Can anyone help with a good brand name that you have tried or purchased for a "Rice Cooker" and a "IceCream and Sorbet making machine", I want to buy one for myself for Chrissy, but I want to know the best brands that people have tried, I dont want a cheap thing that is going to break after a couple of uses. Thanks for any help, Looking forward to your replies. :D

We have a rice cooker but its the cheapo one from Woolworths. Its our second one. The Mrs says that while we have tin lids at home helping with the dishes then she isn't buying decent stuff cause they scratch it, dent it and just generally treat it bad haha. But I think it cost around $25 and the 1st one lasted 2 years or more so thats not bad. And it does cook beaut rice.

I am curious to the responses to this too. I have never had any of these machines before and it sounds like something fun and new to try out.

Just do what I am doing at the moment Stan, I am just shopping around, to see what is available and how popular and good they are, I will buy one when it gets closer to Chrissy, I dont want to use them to soon or I may spoil the surprise for myself, but I will let everyone know once I've bought one, if you know of any good brands, please let me know, Thanks.
