Firstly, I apologise if this is a dumb question
I have found a gorgeous sounding punch receipe for Christmas Day, however, it is from the States and includes something called Strawberry Flavoured Gelatin.
Another contributor has written that she substitued the Strawberry Flavoured Gelatine for Port Wine Jello. Now I understand that American Jello is simply the same product as our Jelly, so would I be correct in thinking that the Strawberry Flavoured Gelatin is simply Strawberry Jelly or is it something completely different?
I have seen Gelatin sheets available in Australia, but never seen flavoured gelatin.....
I would love to make this punch, but obviously need some advice.
