Hi everyone, just curious to find out what is on your Easter menu this year. Im not sure about Good Friday as yet, but on Sunday my older son is coming over and we will be having BBQd Fish, or Poached, not sure yet, with Prawns and a selection of different Salads. For Dessert it will either be a Pavlova,a fresh Fruit salad with Icecream, or A wicked chocolatey dessert of some sorts with heaps of cream and icecream. How about everyone else, what do you all have and do for Easter?.
