Atkins Anyone?

I have heard the good and the bad about this diet. Does anyone here have personal experience with trying it? I am not sure I want to try it, but I am definitely interested to see if anyone has had success with it.

Low-carb, high protien is a good thing. I would approve of this diet if any.
