Hi,
I am cooking mini pies for easter. I am used to cooking the pies the day before, or the morning of the day they are to be served. I was wondering if the cooked shells will keep well enough in the fridge for a few days.
Will it affect the taste?
Also does anyone know if cooked shortcrust survives in the freezer. I've read conflicting opinions on the internet. Has anyone done it?
