G'day all, clearly I'm new to the forums.
Firstly a brief introduction. I'm 24, male, I work as an airport refueler (on call 24/7) and as a vol firefighter (also on call 24/7) which can lead to some hectic work hours. I'm getting into camping with the intention of doing some backpack camping. I live in a unit in the backyard of Mums place. Mum still cooks for me most nights.
And my cooking skills are limited to very basic things. Cooking Tacho's (out of the pack) just about demostraits my range (ie, basic cooking meat on the frypan, mixing ingrediants etc).
I'm looking for some simple recipes that preferable use non-fresh foods. The type of stuff that can be made in the bush on a hotplate or camp oven. And still taste ok. ie, Damper.
