Hi.. just a note to people who have signed up but don't get the email for confirmation.. If you use something like hotmail it will often go into your junk mail folder.
We have also made a change as a test: When you first sign up you can post in the Say Hi forum and not need your post to be approved. Any other forums will require approval of the post by admin unless you have been added to the 'Cooks' group. Anyone who says hi and doesn't seem to be a spammer will added to 'cooks' asap.
