It isn't a 'proper' app for iphone but a page that's designed to fit exactly right for the iphone. So you open the page using the safari browser with this address: http://www.aussiecooking.com.au/iphone/
Then if you want to add it to your icons like an app click the + in the browser and choose "Add to home screen", then it will work like an app.
