Bean Salad

Ingredients
  • 300 g can red kidney beans
  • 125 g tasty cheese
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 slicks celery
  • 1 small onion
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 lettuce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
Instructions
  1. Drain and wash kidney beans.
  2. Chop cheese into 1 cm cubes.
  3. Shell and slice eggs, slice celery and peel and slice the onion
  4. Wash lettuce, separate leaves and put aside.
  5. Combine all ingredients with mayonnaise. Toss lightly,
  6. Chill and serve in lettuce leaves.
