Rich Chocolate Sauce

  • 125 g plain block chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 100 ml milk
  1. Break chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Place in the top of a double saucepan with butter and milk.
  3. Heat over gently simmering water, stirring continuously until the chocolate has completely melted.
