French Dressing
 
Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons olive or salad oil
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • pinch pepper
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a screw top jar.
  2. Shake thoroughly until ingredients are mixed well.
  3. Serve on a tossed salad.
Variations
  1. Garlic Dressing: Add 1 crushed clove of garlic.
  2. Mint Dressing: Add 1 tablespoon chopped mint.
