Brazilian Cherry and Chilli Jam

Ingredients
  • 2 cups brazilian cherries
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2-4 chillies, with or without seeds depending on heat
I used 2 with seeds and 2 without
Instructions
  1. Remove the seeds from the cherries and chop roughly.
  2. Place the cherries, any juice from them in a pan with the sugar and lemon.
  3. Boil until thickening. Store in a sterilised jar.
