Egg Mayonnaise
 
Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 small teaspoon salt
  • 1 small teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cornflour
  • ½ teaspoon butter
Instructions
  1. Mix dry ingredients well and add vinegar and well beaten egg. Put in a double saucepan and cook till thick. Put in a jar and keep in the fridge. Mix equal amounts of dressing and cream or substitute when needed.
