Chicken and Leek Casserole
 
Ingredients
  • 1 can leek and potato soup
  • 500g chicken breast cubed
  • 4 potatoes cubed
  • 1 leek sliced
  • ½ cup of water
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook for 3 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
