Ingredients
4 eggs, hard boiled
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 tsp curry powder
12 baby cos lettuce leaves
Method
Place eggs in a bowl and mash, add mayonnaise and curry powder and combine. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving platter and spoon in the egg mixture and serve.
