Ingredients
1 kg seedless watermelon rind removed and coarsely chopped
1 x 250g punnet strawberries, washed and hulled
125g (1 cup) frozen raspberries
1 bottle of chilled mineral water
Method
Blend all fruits together and divide into serving glasses. Top each glass with mineral water and serve.
