Recipe for Easy Rissoles:
1 Kilo Beef mince
1 Onion - chopped finely
2 cloves garlic - chopped finely
Grated Carrot & Zucchinni if desired
2 eggs
Wash hands and mix all ingredients together by hand squeezing the eggs thoroughly through. Form rissoles (about a handful each) Roll in flour. Brown each side in a hot frypan, then lower heat until cooked.
