Recipe for Chip Chicken on a Stick:
4 SKINLESS BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST HALVES - CUT INTO 1/2 INCH CUBES
1 EGG
30ML MILK
150G PKT CRUSHED POTATO CHIPS
LOLLIEPOP STICKS OR KABABS STICKS
1 Preheat ovento 175oC
Grease a baking sheet
2 Crush potato chips into a large bowl, whisk together egg and milk. Dip the chicken cubes into egg mixture, then coat well with potato chips. Spread chicken onto baking sheet.
3 Bake for 10mins. Turn and bake for another 10 until golden browm. Remove baking sheet from oven, and insert a lollie pop stick into each piece of chicken.
Or insert a few pieces onto a kabab stick.
Great for lunches, Parties or a quick meal
Serve with vegies, salads or chips
