Meatloaf
Ingredients 1 onion 1 rasher bacon 1kg mince 1 egg, lightly beaten 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs 1 tsp salt pinch pepper 2 tbls tomato sauce Finely chop the onion . Chop the bacon. Mix the mince, bacon, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl. Shape into a meatloaf and put in a greased baking dish. Spearead tomato sauce over it and bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour. Remove from the dish and use the pan juices to make a gravy. :
