Recipe for Tuna noodle casserole:
Ingredients
1 cup of shell or spiral noodles
1 small onion
1/2 capsicum
1 small can tuna
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 cup water
60g grated cheese
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbls chopped parsely
salt and pepper

Cook noodles in boiling water until tender and drain well.
Chop onion and capsicum.
Drain and flake the tuna.
In a bowl mix together the tomato paste, water, tuna, onion, noodles, capsicum,cheese and herbs.
Place into a greased casserole dish and bake covered in a moderate oven for 35 minutes.
