1 kiwi fruit, chilled or frozen
1 cup soy milk
1/3 cup yogurt
3 icecubes
Blend with a hand blender or in a normal blender.

I prefer to freeze any fruit I can to use for smoothies. It makes the smoothie nice and icy without watering it down with ice. So if you fruit is frozen leave out the ice cubes.
