30 gr protein powder (not needed)

If you freeze mango for smoothies try to freeze it so it is spread out flat, not in a big lump as its hard to blend. I use low fat soy and with the protein powder (which is 120 calories) the smoothie works out around 455 calories. I have it for breakfast after gym and don't eat again until lunch.
