- Beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar. Beat well.
- Beat in egg yolks and milk.
- Sift flour and fold in alternately with melted butter. Mix well.
- Pour into a well greased and lined 20 cm cake tin.
- Sprinkle with combined extra sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
