Caramel Biscuits
Ingredients
  • 6 tablespoons (or 115 grams) butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 dessertspoon golden syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
Instructions
  1. Cream the butter and sugar then mix in all the other ingredients. Form into walnut sized balls, press down with a fork onto a greased baking tray. Bake until cooked in a moderate oven.
