Basil Pesto

Basil Pesto
  • ½ cup pine nuts
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup fresh basil.
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • squeeze of lemon juice.
  1. Finely grind or process ½ cup pine nuts with 1 cup grated parmesan cheese and ⅓ cup fresh basil.
  2. Add ⅓ cup olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  3. Process until well combined.
  4. Toss through hot pasta and serve.
