Apple Sauce

  • 2 cooking apples
  • 60 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  1. Peel, core and slice apples. Put in a saucepan.
  2. Add water and cook gently until apples are soft. Add sugar.
  3. Beat well or put into an electric blender until smooth. Reheat and serve with roast pork.
