Apple and Raspberry Crumble

Serves: 12
  • 8 apples ( pink lady)
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of Natvia
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius
  2. Peel and core the apples
  3. Slice and toss the apples on a baking dish with baking paper
  4. Arrange the raspberries over the apples evenly
  5. In another bowl mix: oats, corn flour, olive oil, Natvia, cinnamon
  6. Firm crumbs and sprinkle evenly over the dish with apples
  7. Place in oven and bake until apples are tender and toppings has turned golden brown
