  1. Preheat oven to 180º C and line and grease a baking tray.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
  3. Mix in 1 egg, ½ cup of almond meal, 1 tablespoon of Natvia and ¼ cup of desiccated coconut.
  4. Roll into 6 balls and place an almond on top of each.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
